About Huatong Auto Parts Center Huatong Auto Parts Center (Fuyuan, Heilongjiang) was established on June 30, 1996, which is a company with free import and export authority and also manages international logistics issues. It locates in Fuyuan County, a fast-developing border city in northeast China which is separated only by a river from Khabarovsk, the largest city in Russian Far East. The company mainly focuses on export of auto parts, including Japanese chassis, engine overhauls, coverings, four-wheel drive modification, car audio, auto maintenance, tyre rims and all set of parts of engineering trucks, etc. With the attitude of Honest, Practical, Innovative and Cooperative, the business of Huatong has expanded fast and healthy, with its commodities increasing from dozens to more than thousands. Under the solicitude and support of local government and business partners, the company now is the most competitive export trade corporation of the area, and is highly praised by both Russian partners and consumers. In December 2003, Huatong has opened 2 branches in Tongjiang and Raohe County, and has also established Russian Far East Storage and Logistics Center in August, 2010. The Center now has formed a business model of chain sale, unified delivery and shared information. The objective of Huatong is to introduce the high qualified auto parts of cars, engineering trucks and related products to overseas consumers, and to improve foreign consumers impressions on Chinese products.
